90 pickup tail lights

90 pickup tail lights
Hey all,new user here.Love this site.I have a 90 4 wheel drive extended cab and the only time the tail lights and dash lights work is when you hit the brake.Any suggestions will be appreciated.All fuses have been replaced.Thanks again
