3vze isolated yellow wire with blue stripe coming at a fuel rail what's it for where

Well here I go again I get to type this out again. I had it all typed out and then was trying to upload my pictures then it stopped at 90% hung and then I tried to go back and everything I typed was gone. I wish there was a way to automatically save stuff (it happened again and I guess it did actually save it I must have retyped this for no reason Big shocker!) like when you write an email and it automatically saves to drafts if you close the screen. I am so stupid Im always screwing myself that way.

Anyway sorry I'm going through some tough times right now My truck's broke down and people are trying to get me off the property where I'm at or I'm going to be towed. I had some shady mechanic come pretend to help but instead screwed me over. I'm starting to think that this whole incident was a planned and targeted con.

Now I have this wire that's loose and I'm not sure where it comes from if he disconnected it or what but I need to get my truck running if anybody can help me out I appreciate it. I'm sure I'm doing it all wrong and not going through the proper channels because that's how I do everything in life cuz I'm a you know what. So go ahead and say whatever you want to say bad about me I will totally agree with you 100%. No questions asked.

I have this yellow wire with a blue stripe and I'm not sure where it goes it comes out of the fuel rail and it looks like some kind of grounding wire but I have no idea where it connects to I'm hoping that is why my truck's not starting maybe this shady mechanic disconnected it so that he can try and get some more easy money out of me but it didn't work out for him. Now I don't know where he is and I don't know where this wire goes and I can't really afford to pay somebody to fix something somebody sabotaged especially.

Please See the attached pictures hopefully you guys can tell me where it's supposed to be connected to it's a 3vZE 1991 Toyota warrior mini Winnebago but it has Toyota chassis and the t3VZE motor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and would be your good deed for a week at least.

Okay I'm going to try and attach the pictures I hope this doesn't disappear again I guess I will copy it to my clipboard just in case. I'm sure it's got something to do with this crappy browser I'm using crappy Android phone that I changed to recently from iphones for the last 20 years. My advice to anybody is never change from iphones to Android.

Ok, so what is the truck doing? Is it turning over and not firing? Is it just doing nothing? What was the initial reason the mechanic was looking at the truck?

Yeah sorry about that I put all that in the original post it was so frustrated the second time around I figured I'd just leave the basics. Not even sure if this has anything to do with the nose start but there's been issues with the EFI system the fuse kept blowing a 30 amp fuse blue at one point also.

The self-titled mobile mechanic approached me as I had my head under the hood trying to figure out why the truck wouldn't start it turns over has gas has a good battery. It's either not getting gas or not getting a spark. before this last incident I was checking the coil to see if there was any pulse and it was not pulsating it was just constant and I'm pretty sure I read that in order for a spark it needs to break ground. I'm hoping this guy pulled the wire from somewhere to try and get me to give him more money to troubleshoot and figure out what was wrong and then all you would have to do is plug the wire back in and charge me however much he wanted to and say fixed it. Classic not original scam at all. That's exact reason why I don't like going to mechanics because stuff like that. But we change the fuse the EFI fuse that I was 99% positive was not blown in the first place but for some reason when he changed it the truck started right up. I was at the beach all day that day hanging out it's actually motorhome and I'm pretty forgetful sometimes and don't lock my doors and I'm pretty sure I had the door unlocked and they could have been targeting me because I had Target on my back basically.

I know that there is an issue with the second O2 sensor and a speed sensor as well and I'm pretty sure that those not being connected could be causing the no start or this ground wire that is not connected could be causing a no start. The sensors have been disconnected for a while now because I don't have the money to fix them and it doesn't really seem to affect anything except for probably my gas mileage but I don't trust mechanics enough to go in to have them look at it or at least in the area that I'm in. If I want to take it to a mechanic I trust I have to pay AAA because I've wasted up all my benefits on my golf cart this year and now that I really need it on my truck it's 82 mi I can be towed in the first 7 mi would cost a hundred bucks and then after that it's 7:50 each additional mile! And it's a motorhome so to speak not really it's more of like a pickup truck but they like to call it a motorhome and give me s*** for it.

So mainly it is turning over yes does have gas it has a good battery it's not getting a spark I'm pretty sure because this ground wire that's not connected. If not that then it's something to do with the speed sensor 02 sensor because those are on the same circuit I'm not quite sure how it works I know that all of them have the same red and white wire that go to the computer. I'll attach a picture from the book that shows the diagram for the wiring if that can help somebody I don't really understand how to read it very well. I need to read that how to use this manual section in the manual when I can keep focus enough on not watching my back trying to make sure I don't get towed while I'm not looking.

So if anybody knows where exactly this one wire goes that would be awesome. I've been trying to look under the hood but I don't see anywhere it would connect I checked on the alternator I checked on the mass air flow sensor I've checked on the injector and the cold start switch also but I could have missed it.

Thank you in advance for your time

Okay so I traced to where the wire is going and it looks like it's going back right next to the EVAP VSV. It has continuity to the fuel pump as well. And it is powered when the ignition is on and grounded when the ignition is off.

Here's a picture of what it connects to excuse the filth The truck was on a farm for several years before I bought it I still haven't cleaned out the engine compartment I'm concerned about doing that and having something happen where it doesn't run like now.
In the picture you see the evap VSV valve The two pin connector. What I'm trying to find out is what is next to it with the single pin connector with the white housing around it with a yellow blue wire coming out of it. that is the other end of the wire that I'm trying to figure out where it goes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated I'm stranded at the moment
