I've read that it's been done even with trunk release operating rear window. Thoughts or experience with this?

 

you could most likely use an aux output with a timed latch to operate the rear window, i would assume you would need at least two relays, and two aux outputs. one aux and relay per direction of travel. Im not at work and dont have access to my wiring diagrams.
