I'm guessing it's like the Zuk mod or something? What does it do this also has trailing arms that are pretty long? Why does it need all this? Does it help with something?

it is used to combat axle wrap, or spring wrap. looks like a homemade set up.

 

It's got racho stamped in all of it so I'm guessing part of a kit I saw one built just like mine I chased him for probably 3-4 miles till a red light when I could talk to him only difference between our runners were mileage and his was 22r I was just trying to figure out what all that extra was on it for

The first pic is clearly some sorta homemade traction bar setup using a shock
