Took off the ol' bug gaurd. I hated staring at that thing and if I get better mileage with it off then I'm all for it.

Anybody need a bug gaurd for their 4th gen Taco?

Why do you need it inspected? Is it a state law where you are? I am curious about this one.

Not that I am about looks, but my rig looks SOOOO much better on 35's than my winter 285's....

In AZ the inspection (ouside of emissions testing) is verifying the VIN, make, model, and that was it.

Emissions Tessting - hook it up to the ODB2 port, make sure everything was in the green, here is your cert, have a nice day. Right now I think emissions testing is only Maricopa County.

PCV catch can mod. A week later and it's already 1/4 full of oil. NASTY! I didn't realize how much of that junk was getting sucked into the engine. It does idle much better and even more so now that I've cleaned the TB.

I installed: a new steering rack (replacing the bad rebuild that I installed 3 months ago), SS Dif Drop Kit, Outer tierods (both sides), Poly Swaybar Bushings, Alignment.
