This is why you don't wheel alone dumbass. I hate to sound mean, but you almost deserve to lose your truck to the raging waters. OK - enough of that, I'm sure you understand your mistake now.
The only thing you can do to save the truck is get it out and follow the advice above (pull the plugs, use the starter to expel any water, etc). I would add to spray some WD40 into the cylinders before reinstalling the plugs to help displace the water (WD40 means "water displacement formula 40"). After being in that much water for that long, you must change ALL the fluids before moving it any further than on the trailer. I mean ALL - engine oil, coolant, PS fluid, brake fluid, ATF, transfer case, diffs, repack all the bearings... If possible blow everything dry with a leaf blower before trying to start it. Even if you do all this, you're likely going to have tons of problems with the truck now - from the above mentioned tranny problems, to all kinds of electrical problems.
Get over to www.ohttora.org, get signed up, and meet people to wheel with so you don't get into stupid situations like this

Truck Starts and Runs on Starting Fluid. Take Away Starting Fluid and the Engine Stalls Immediately. Tons of Fuel Pressure at the Rails But, I Don't Think the Fuel Injectors Are Working. I Will Replace the Computer and See What Happens.

Yes I did Check the Fuses. Atleast the ones in the Kick panel and the ones I Could "Visually Check" at the Diagnosis Block. I was Thinking Fuses also. It just is'nt Getting Fuel. Runs on Starting Spray But, When you take it away it Dies.............
