volt light and brake light on after webber carb install??

volt light and brake light on after webber carb install??
so I got an 82 Toyota 4x4 I installed a webber carb onto it got it running but now the battery light and brake light are on in the dash ???? seems to be charging good anyone had this problem or seen it or should I just look the other way the only stuff that has been unplugged is all the smog crap thanks
