T-Case Brake: Cable Hook up

T-Case Brake: Cable Hook up
For anyone out there that has an all-pro t-case brake(or simaler)...how exactly did you hook the linkage arm to the e-brake cable?
The brake bolted on real nice(except for the one stupid bolt in the back!). However, my e-brake cable is probably 18-20" too long, and to top it off, the bracket that holds the cable in place(on the frame) is in the exact spot that the arm should be to "maximize" pull effiecency.
So can does anyone have some creative solutions to re-routing the cable and/or re-locating the bracket that mounts the cable(where you go from housing to exposed cable).

I got some pics on my website on the project 85 under the rear brake conversion...but I don't know if that will help you any.
I don't remember anything about installing mine other than the pics I have...it was all installed in a blur.
Good luck. I bet it wouldn't take long for AP to tell you what to do...or try Pirate perhaps...
