Squeeking when driving and window

Squeeking when driving and window
I drive a 94 FJ80 and whever i drive at low speeds i hear this squeeking coming from what sounds like the front drivers side tire...any ideas?
also...drivers side window won't come up anymore...motor prehaps?
side note...i have a cloth interior..been perfect for 12 years...4yr old daughter gets bored and puts a small hole in the vinly door panel...anyon know how to fix it or will i have to go to a upholestry shop to have it repaired?
