Depending on the year of your vehicle, you can break into your car using nothing but a middle sized philips screw driver.

Anyone want to guess how? I had to do it at 2:30 am last night. After 2 guesses I'll give up the answer.

So far out there...but I am really having a hard time thinking of a plausible solution as I have never seen anyone unlock a car with a screwdriver

SOLUTION. Use the medium screw driver to wedge it inbetween the window and weather stripping of that small traingular window piece, and keep pushing upwards at that lever. You will get it if you meneuver the screw driver well enough. Then, if you have extremely long arms you can reach in and possibly grab the slipper lock. If you cant grab it, just unscrew the window from the little latch that is placed on the top-ish of the window. This will make it flexible so you can fit part of your shoulder in and grab that lock. Now the only damage you may get is some bruising on your arm, if you can't reach it, find some skinny ass girl.

runners dont have the triangle windows up front. triple A is a good thing. otherwise its the trusty coat hanger.

 

Coat hanger wasn't working for me, AAA on a new years eve night= no thanks, i was on hold for an hour and gave up. Luckily the neighbor of my GF helped me out with the screw driver idea.

 

i locked my keys in my car after installing my hellas.

This is what i did since my hood was open...

I got frustruated b/c i melted part of my seat with a soldering iron so took the neg battery cable and keep putting it on and off the post. FORNTUNATELY it unlocked...now i do have a viper alarm with hoodswtich so im guessing a regular theif would have to hear the airhorns for atleast 30 sec..LOL

 

Umm some years did. So this method only works for vent windows. I would just use my lockout kit!

i just used my buddy's keys from his 93 toyota, and wallah!

I dont think ive seen a 94 with vented windows.

 

They worked?? thats not good. haha

 

ya there are only i think 8 different cores for older trucks/ 4runners. plus when they wear out it gets eaiser.
