Simplifying a 22r (hoses, electrical, etc.)

81 pickup, 4x4, 22r.
Ok, so I'm half through my build up, and I want to make my 22r as simple as possible. What vaccume hoses need to stay??? No heat, and so I'm tossing the heater hoses, and heater core. What about Smog stuff? I want to get rid of anything and everything I don't need.

22R is already pretty damn simple!

Or did you mean 22RE (with fuel injection)?

Want to join the Ohio chapter of TTORA? We're 'wheeling Saturday in Wellsville...

Yeah I know it is really simple already. Yeah I'm interested in joining. I can't wheel right now. Between rigs at the momment, let me get this 81 finished and I'll be all for wheeling. Just want to super-simplify the 22r. Get rid of any clutter possible.

I thought I saw a thread on Pirate the other day while searching for vacuum diagrams. I did find one today on simplifing the 22RE, but couldn't find the 22R.

the engine will run better if you leave most of the smog stuff intact like EGR. if you have an air pump, get rid of that horsepower sucking piece of garbage, though.
