removing rust from inside tube bumper

any idea what i would use to do this? is sandblasting the only way? if so, can anyone recommend a good shop in fort collins or loveland colorado? I can handle the rust outside, but i feel the snowy winters here have spread the cancer to the inner portions of the bumper and im looking to repaint it soon.

i would just have the whole thing sandblasted. if you are having them you do the inside i doubt they are going to charge much more to do the whole thing.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I checked around a few shops and they dont offer sandblasting services. Still lost here.

Check a monument place. Like the places that make headstones for gravesites. The ones around here do side job sandblasting for cheap.
