I dont know who makes them, they came off a jeep and theres 5 of em all just as nice but 4 without wheels, I could get them for a trade for some chrome crager wagon wheels. The offset is fine, the lugs are fine but the center part doesnt but up at all, is this ok? Is there some piece I could place within it or what?
