The Y has to be caps the rest(otatech) is Lower case and then 10 no spaces it should work.

My guess is it has to do with "not being a registered user". I am not and it asks for a code before it offered me to become a user.

I believe this is correct U have to have an account set up for it to work.

I had to log in first, but the code did work for me - Thanks!

Side note, it seem like several of the descriptions are a little light on details. For example the por-15 patch doesn't say how much is in the tube, and the fuel tank kits don't really state what the amounts are of each included item.
