When I start up my wife's 98 Corolla, the car idles just fine. When throttle is applied in park, the engine revs smoothly. But when the car is put in gear, reverse or drive, and any throttle is applied it feels like it is having a seizure. This CEL came on at the same time this happened. Any thoughts? Thanks!

 

What code is the CEL generating?

 

I was not able to get the code(s) yet. I will try to get them pulled tomorrow. It would be nice to know if I will kill the car on the 2 mile trip to Advanced Auto.
