Arrow Nooob Help with some specific part suppliers

I have been driving my yota 94 4wd xtra for about 2 years. I have done the work to maintain but not emower my ride. Well compliments of the Toyota dealer here I have a chance to repent and turn from those ways (BE HEALED...DA). I am getting a new Toyota short block, the heads machined the center drag link and tie rod ends replaced all this under the N50 and VO6 recalls for free. I have felt obligated to continue on with work put before me thus:
1 the passenger side drive shaft was toast and bidding time...gone ...new toyo
shaft done
2 The idler and Pitman arm miracle of science either was able to hold together.
3 While down A new TOYO Clutch, pressure plate, pilot bushing and throw out bearing takes its proper place
4 New head bolts
5 Complete tune up plugs wires and all
6 Two motor mounts replaced with new toyo mounts
7 The water pump and timing belt new.
8 Alingment
9 new power streeing pump old one been leaking

The dealer ticket on these item come to over 7 grand ( I think closer to eight)
and 2k of it I pay.
The point is there are few things that will still need to be done Like Exhaust...what kind of muffle and hi-flow Cat should I get and who carrys them.
Like shocks is another Item need some info on on.

I have a chance to keep my pu alive and well for a good long while.
227k mile truck gets breath of fresh air.
Much thanks for all help in advance

Yes I will need some other parts as I go but bigger dreams than pockets. I want to stay as much OEM as possible but on shocks and exhaust a little more performance. I have much to learn about Toyota. Had this truck 2 years but just drove it. Thanks for your help.
