new to Toyota need advice

Finally got rid of the jeep and bought a 92 Toyota pickup with the 3.0l it is currently completely stock and I don't really want to lift it. So my question is what can I do to make my suspension stronger and possibly add a little down travel so I can flex a little bit.anyone have any suggestions?

If you dont want a lift, you dont really have many options. BJ spacers is about all you've got. You dont have to worry about the suspension on these they are plenty strong for smaller tires(-35)
