Mutant Clutches?

Hey,

I was wondering about some of your clutches. I am on my 2nd yota and both have 300+ km and I don't think the runners clutch has been changed and I KNOW the 95 pu hasn't been changed. Whats the deal? I have owned 5 vehicals all manual and I have never seen such a durable clutch. What is your experience?

I was just talking about this with one of my co-workers yesterday. I am puttin a timing belt on my 1991 Tercel on Monday and I was thinking since it has 198,000+ miles (318,641+ km) on it I might want to replace the clutch. The thing is that it doesn't act like it needs it ....I'm still debaiting. The only thing I have ever done to that car is brakes, oil, tires, timing belts, valve adjustments and I had to replace the tape deck with CD player.

My wife has a Chevy and it is a very needy car. My Yotas really make it look bad.
