Most reliable pre-85 22r rebuild?

I have an 83 block, two cranks, and two sets of pistons/connecting rods, as well as access to head, timing cover, and other important parts to start a pre-85 22r engine rebuild.

I've read alot about 20/22r hybrids, but can't find any 20r heads w/power steering provisions, and feel that a good 22r head with valvework, some porting, springs, and a 268 engnbldr cam will offer as much if not more power than a 20r head anyways.

I want to ensure reliability and have a bit of a power increase, would +.030 hypereutetic pistons and a dual row timing chain, with fully balanced rotating assembly, and arp head studs/main bearing studs be the BEST combination, or should i also include an upgraded metal head gasket to the mix also? Can I even get Hypereutetics for my pre-85?

I may in the future get a bolt-on supercharger kit, would this setup be good for a low boost configuration?

Please offer advice or answer questions if you can, I just want to know what I can do to this thing to make it even more indestructible within limits of my $2k budget. Or should i just call up engnbldr and throw all these questions around to the people who sell parts? ha

thanks,
