Looking for a throttle cable. any ideas?
So I got the 4runner fired up today. Was going to break in cam.
Throttle cable broke. Ill be damned.
Anyone have...know where to get....a throttle cable for my 87 4runner 22re 5spd?
Its keeping me from my fun time!

Well you can try buying a new one!! I am not sure if you can get them from the dealer yet
Used one.Yard or someone parting one out.
Just which engine is it for the carbed one or EFI?? Your post says 22REC the signature says 22R ??

It will get a new one for sure. I want one NOW to drive it.
Its sitting in the garage begging to go for a shakedown run.
