Keep it or sell it?

I'm looking for some opinions. I just bought a new 07 taco that I love, but i want to keep it away from offroading as long as possible. I put my 4runner up for sale about 2 months after I bought it for $5500. I paid $3600 for it, so i will be making money off it. I took off all of the aftermarket stuff except the lift, but I keep thinking that I will regret selling it. I have nowhere to put it. i have my work truck (93 GMC 5.7L 2wd) and my new taco, I just can't have 3 cars in the driveway. I know the 4runner is in excellent condition and if I sell it, in a few years, I will want to buy something similar, but who knows in what condition it will be in. What do you guys think I should do. I have the option of letting it set in my grandmothers yard, but it will just rot away, and I will probably be too lazy to go over there whenever I want to go wheel it. Plus, I don't feel like paying more insurance on it. If I sell the runner, I won't do the major wheeling I used to in the taco, because that is my highway truck, so I won't mod it too much. So. Any what would you guys do?

find a storage place, cancel the insurance on it and park inside a container. Go there every month or so, fire it up make sure she is running. Then when you are ready to have it back, go and get it.

I think the thats the same type of thing as putting it in that field, its still got easy access and it will just sit there and rot away, slower, but it still will.

well, shes gone, I sold it for 6000. I'm gonna miss her a lot!! I already regret it, but I can't just let it rot away. I am kind of happy i got rid of the 3.0 because if i ever got another trail rig, it would be with a 22re.
