I bought an 84 4Runner a while back and the interior was shot, ive managed to find all the pieces to restore it back to original condition, but i still need carpet. when i got it there was house carpet in it but i had to throw it out because the clutch master cylinder had leaked all over it. I need a picture of the carpet in a 4Runner with a brown interior so i know what color carpet to order. Im guessing its going to be a tan or light brown, i just need a picture to get an idea of what color i need to order.

performance products has replacment carpet. and i think Huskey liners does too? but me personally, if i ever have to take out my carpet, i'm putting rhino liner or LinerX so i then have a washable floor and with wet okale seats, a nearly fully washable interior.

 

Ive done a google search and found alot of places that sell carpet for a 4Runner, but i don`t know what the stock carpet color is. my interior is brown, so what i need is for someone with a brown interior and stock carpet to post a picture that shows the carpet color, that way i will know what color carpet to order.

iirc, a carpet from an Extended Cab should fit a 4Runner. Pick-n-Pull - $15.

imho, good carpet trumps color! Grey carpet looks fine with Brown.

 

4runner carpet is not the same as extra cab.

 

I'm thinking Gen 2 ExtCab, but I may be wrong...
