Youre local metal shop should be able to make you one for under 20 bucks.

You should be able to make one for almost free if you own a drill, saw and a couple files. It's not that tricky, just make a template, trace that onto your metal and cut it out.

Use the old fuel pump gasket (insulator) as a template. Drill the 2 holes first, then cut it out with a jigsaw and a fine blade. Use (almost) any metal. 0.080" or 0.125" steel will work fine. Aluminum works fine as well, but use thicker material, at least 0.125" (1/8")
