im not sure if anyone on here has posted this info yet , but i jsut heard about paragon offroad park in pennslyvania is close to being shutdown, due to a conflict with the land owner.

its bad enough we have to worry about the eviromentalists closing areas to ride , but land owner/lease issues too.

yea i def wont be happy if the close down, i just had my first taste of the park, and ill def be mad if i dont ever get to go back...

Hate to say this, but they need to post up a copy of their lease and a copy of the land owners complaint (eviction) so people can see both sides of the matter.

 

the reason they are trying to evict paragon is to sell the land...with paragon having a lease on the property, the land owner cannot sell the land...i cant remember who the land was trying to be sold to...

 

some company that wants to pay 30 million cash so they can build a airport for commerce not a public airstrip supposed to grow the community but no offence to the people there but the jobs will be for highly educated people not the locals so you can get the idea now right?? more new people with big titles new houses and so on. at least that's what I've been lead to believe from the posts on it at pirate
