Glasspacks

Glasspacks
I was wondering if anyone runs a glasspack muffler on here. I'm making my exhuast myself and I thought it would be kinda cool/different to run a glasspack. I've seen and heard a ford ranger with them and it sounded pretty good, but I wanted to know if there were any real down side to running one. There pretty cheap and seem like I wouldn't have to worry about spacing much. Any input will do.

I have one on my 3.0 Toy. Not the best. Back pressure sucks. Sounds okay for what it is. I hardly hear it in the cab. At freeway speeds I only hear the swampers. I'll try to get some sound samples of mine for ya...
I see the glasspack as a temporary muffler. Lifespan can be from 3 months to years. Price varys between brands and the overall length of the glasspack will alter the sound. Shorter will be loud, while a longer one will mellow the sound out a bit more. Either way it'll sound like a 4-stroke quad
