gas leak....

After gettin home from fillin the 4runner I noticed a very strong smell of gas. I looked around and noticed that the side of the tank nearest to the body was covered in gas. I watched the gas gadge for a day or two and it didnt seem to have any drastic changes, so i put a couple bucks in again and saw that as I was filling it, the fill pipe was leaking. There is a clamp, just above where the pipe goes into the tank, right behind the frame, that is leaking. Has anyone else ever had this problem or any way for an easy fix using some kind of remarkable sealer? Thanks for any help.

silly question i know, but have you tried tightening the clamp? or seeing if the pipes seperated and just need to be pushed back together? check all the "mechanical" connections first, before you try to seal it up with a glue, etc.
