Definitely call up Beno/Onur for parts - I have no idea how those guys can supply Toyota parts so cheap compared to everyone else, but they do - and they ship fast! I always go through them when I want OEM parts.

Yeah the O-ring should be easily to put back on. It only expands because it comes out of the grooves. simply tighten up two bolts, use a screw driver to put it back in the groove then tighten up all the screws. itll be just fine.

Partsgeek.com have AISIN "blue" fan clutches for around $65.00. Same thing as OEM.
