Dually Toyota?

Anyone know of a dual rear wheel early 90s 2wd Toyota truck?

I need to find the brake booster from one and I have no clue what to call the truck.

It was called a cab and chassis. Sold by Toyota with just a cab and chassis, no bed of any kind. You usually see them as U-haul trucks, box trucks, flat beds, or RV's.

Really?

I heard the axles were hard to find (complete axle as well as the FULL FLOATER shafts)

Why do you need that specific brake booster?

There are lots of other options:
V6, T-100, Turbo pickup/4runner

Because the other booster won't bolt into a first gen where the 1 ton one will.
So where can I find parts for such a truck?

try giving this guy a shout:
Mike: 4xtoys@telus.net
he might have something for you, runs a toyota graveyard in Coalhurst AB

Are you sure a turbo booster won't work? The turbo booster has a smaller diameter than a V6 booster, but it's thicker.

It's the bolt lenghts that are the issue Bill.
The dually truck one has longer bolts.

My husband and I just picked up a toyota dually last night. 86 model with an actual bed sides and all, it looked to be factory made.. I can't tell any difference. Can't find any info on it at all. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a project car. Thanks.

Honestly I'd like to know what it's worth and its history- for right now anyway. Don't quite know what needs to be done to it mechanically yet.

From what I understand, the ONLY dually rear end truck was sold as a cab and chassis. Then later they were converted to u-haul trucks, motorhomes, etc.

The 1 ton truck is just a single rear wheel.

All those beds on the dually rear end were aftermarket. Probably just a cab and chassis DRW with a custom made bed.

Probably. Just like the "custom cab" or even the Trailblazer or motorhomes. NOT Toyota factory though.
