I've had good luck with my Marlin clutch. I do mostly on road with intermittent offroad use. Its not too stiff, feels pretty much stock. I have around 10k on it right now.

Exedy makes a good clutch. Like oem, made in japan. Check ebay.

LUK clutches are also supposed to be good; that's what I put in my truck. Kinda wish I had put a Marlin in, though, for the small price difference.

I just finished my Marlin clutch install last night. I am amazed at the difference. My clutch sucked through. When comparing, the marlin clutch comes with Their spec clutch (better than stock with stock feel and life span) pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot Bering, and alignment tool. Also a big marlin sticker, good for 25 ft lbs of torque, maybe even temporarily substitute for re gearing, well probably not. LOL
Anyway, besides that you probably should replace your rear main, and anything else leaking out the bottom of your ride. You will also need to have your flywheel resurfaced I got mine done at Oreillys for $30, they even shaved the infamous step back into the fly wheel.
Good luck.

Marlin crawler - Get the heavy duty unit (1200ft-lbs of clamping force). Don't bother with the super heavy duty version...
