Chipped cam lobe...a big problem?

Chipped cam lobe...a big problem?
I have taken valve covers off and this is what I have noticed while there - one of the lobes (cyl 6) has a chipped edge. I can't see any other damage however I am not keen on any big engine work right now. What do you guys think, should I just change oil a few times to clean the system and live with it?
