can anyone tell me if a 80 carb will fit in a 79 toyota 2wd ?what does everyone think it also has a 20R motor.any advice?

thanks i appreaite it i do not know enough about that kind of stuff so i thought i would ask around.this pick up is nothing special just a fixer uper but it will do when i need it hopefully. i would really like a different one something with 4x4 in it..but thanks really

 

I'm not personally familiar with those carbs but after seeing Tofers 80' 2wd and the absolutely rediculous clustfluck of vac lines you might have to get creative. or start capping vac ports and disconnecting crap.

or it might be a straight swap, who knows

 

ok it sounds like a mess. LOL is it really going to be that hard to change the carb?
