I was torquing the Harmonic Balancer bolt when one of the holes that the holder goes in chipped out and small piece broke off. I know this is going to throw the balancer out of whack, but the piece is small and probably weighs less than 1/2 oz. I guess I am hoping this will be ok to run until I can get another one or is this really going to affect the engine enough to hammer the main and mess up the crank. If so, anyone have a spare balancer lying around that I can borrow.

 

It should be fine, but if you have any doubt, take the balancer back off and have it balanced.
