Brand new squeaky brakes

so the other day i put new brake pads on my 2001 4runner. Some beer was invovled and somehow ended up putting in 1 pad on each side in backwards. So i bought new rotors today and put those on with the brake pads facing the right way. i only drove around the block with the pads on backwards the first time. So even now with new pads and rotors, im getting alot of squeaking. I took it apart and put brake cleaner on every part and cleaned it off and pu. including the rotor and front of brake pads. (the can said to do it). I put the no squeak stuff on the back of the pads and nothing. When i drive it still makes a light grinding and squaking noise. The grinding is less than when i had the pad backwards, but its still there, the squeaking is more of the issue. I noticed even with the brake pads out ill spin the rotor around and it will have a very light grinding noise, im not sure if this is normal or not. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

You do get some drag!!

Is that what you are hearing ??

It should not be a Metal on Metal grinding sound

Did the dust shield get bent and is rubbing on the rotor that happens at times .
