Blue smoke coming out of exhaust?

blue smelling smoke

Hey guys i have a 2002 toyota 4 runner that when i started after a day seating a smelling blue smoke comes from the exhaust. any idea why is that?

Almost 20 year old thread old 😄

Same issue here. Only difference is, I know my rings are good and cyls have fresh hone. I'm gonna say valve guides are ˟˟˟˟ because I'm getting a lot of rattle in the top end 🤦‍♂️
