Is Anyone a Magnaflow Dealer

I am looking for the 18" magnaflow muffler. My muffler has gotten so rusty that the mounting brackets have rusted off..LOL Not to mention the huuge crack I have going down the side of the muffler.

From all my searching, the 24" is closest to stock, and the 18" is slightly louder.

I have checked ebay and they only seem to have full exhaust systems. I am not going to change my exhaust piping, so I am going to stick with the 2.25 diameter(is that correct?)

I have gotten quotes from 150-170 installed with the muffler.

If I can find the muffler on the internet, and have them install it, the install would only cost me 40.

Here is where I got mine: http://stores.ebay.com/Performance-Peddler

I OFFERED him $59 for my 18" Magnaflow and he took it. A bunch of guys from here got that deal also. It was $59 shipped and I had it installed for $35. Sweet deal.

Send them an email (performancepeddler@mail.com) with the model you want and offer him $50 + shipping. See what he says.

This is what I got for my 2002: 4" x 9" 18" Body 2-1/4" C/O 11255

Try Performance Products. I bought mine (not stainless and I don't remember the length but not the 18" one) from them for $39. They were blowing them out awhile ago.

Only precaution is the installer that did mine is also a magnaflow distributor. He told me that PP was blowing these out b/c they have had issues w/ these mufflers blowing chambers. I figured for $39 I'd try it and have had no issues for the last 4 months or so.

I think it's worth calling them and pricing the muffler.

There is a slight drone to my 18", I would go with the 24" if I did it again.

The drone is not bad, a little high pitched. I think the 24" will have a deeper tone. When I romp on it I get a nice loud growl.

I thought I saw on Corey's soundclips page that the exhausts were 2.5"

Maybe I read wrong, can anyone confirm?

Go with the 24", mine must be an 18" and it's quite loud. I would get a bigger one if I had to do it again also.
