I like your idea, I think there is definitely a market out there for a carrier that can support these huge tires without breaking. It seems that most of the current swing out style carriers top out at 35 or 38 inch tires & still break. I would be interested in any type of new design.

 

I stopped by and took a look at what he has and it looked pretty sturdy. They have taken it several places and has had no trouble with it, he has a 37 hangin on it. i would call him and talk to him, if you are still interested.
