How much do you want for the Runner?
My old buggy (friend has it now) could easily wheel better than any stock and many modified 4wds.
Stretched VW frame, deleted front brakes, full-cage, fuel cell, racing seats and harnesses, dual carbs, stinger pipe, rear 33" mudders, rear cutting brakes and all for a grand total of $650.
I was only beat on a hillclimb once, by a turbo-ed buggy and we went where NO truck could!
I did mud, rocks, trails, hillclimbs, and sunk it twice in a pond.....it never let me down.....was easy to fix.....was cheap.......was fun......and was 2wd!
