85 22re missing

85 22re missing
hey guys i just did a head gasket swap on my 4runner everything went good no leaks or anything. i changed the valve springs to a little bit stiffer ones. but at idel it misses i havent checked the valve clearance's yet. just got it running last night. i did take the tps off witch my friend said not to. lol could it be that the timeing and the tps are off. or maybe somthing else not sure.

Check and adjust the TPS if needed, can cause a rough idle if not set right:
