82 4x4 for $13,000cdn?

I know they are rare and hard to come by decent ones with no rust but 13g's? What would you guys say it would be worth offering even though this guy is saying FIRM?

There's a couple of 3rd gen Sports with around 100k going for a bit under $10k;what makes that truck special?

Did that truck even cost close to that brand new? I think not.

Unlikely, I'd bet more there are more Canadians that could name all 50 states than there are Americans that could name the provinces.
