22Re won't start (

Ladies and Gents,
short bio on this
driving home the other day this is what happens. Starts slower and after 10-15 minutes when pulling up to a stoplight and the clutch in the idle drops way off and is bairly hanging on and almost dies . After reving it up and keeping it going on the way home it began sputtering and hesitating and jumping with the accelerator in on position. After 10-15 minutes I pull into the gas station and it dies. Won't restart or attempt just all most like it's not getting fuel.
towed it home via a strap.
i just replaced the fuel filter and now it will won't start. Here is the video of t

Run out of Gas ??
When you changed the fuel filter how much gas came out the line??
Have you jumped B+ to FP to bypass the AFM and Circuit opening relay ??
Might be the next step

Start with basics:
In order to go "VROOOM!" you must have Spark, Fuel, Air.
Got spark?
Got fuel? (like wyoming and L5wolvesf say^^^). Some of us decided that time is better spent installing this, than time spent guessing.
Got Air? (This is less likely to cause your symptoms but worth a look at.) Got crack on the intake between AFM and intake manifold? A break there would prevent AFM flap from opening.

Got spark, fuel pump after I blocked the IAC in the air box the cold start spewed gas Ht dropp d off fast and no noise from the fuel pump. Update troubleshooting shows the fuel pump, don't make noise and not enough fuel pressure to push into injectors.
Bought a block I g plat set for the EGR so expect the blocking plate and the fuel pump to show up from Rock auto at the same time ..

not much came out, looks like I found the culprit the fuel pump in the tank.... your a huge help thank you.

like does anyone make a replacement for that garbage on that system so I can get rid of it? Any advice I do have a few tiny cracks but have sealed them up
any other advise

You might want to define Garbage on the system??
One can pretty often fabricate what is needed although it does tend to get expensive $$$$$$
I can`t see the reason for deleting the EGR I never have but to each there own .
I can`t see any real benefit on such a low horsepower engine in a heavy vehicle
