I just bought an 88 truck. It has a blown 22re motor that was in pieces in the bed. My question is I have a 22r built, Downey cam, pistons, duel carb set up, header, fuel pumps,ignition system. Wanted to put it in and rebuild the 22re this spring.
Am I wasting time? Any thoughts?
The 22r is pre 84
