Please help! I have a 1990 4Runner V6 and I am trying to figure out what the 3 valves are on the right inner fenderwell that have vacuum lines attached to them.

The cylinder shaped valve has a disconnected hose that I need to know where it connects too. My Hanes manual does not mention these three valves, what they are or where the lines go.
