I cleaned engine the other with water while engine was cold now want start it turns over but wont run What did i do

 

was it running? you could have gotten water in the air intake or got water into something electrical.. this use to happen to me whenever id pressure wash my old runner after wheeling id have to wait like 20 minutes before it would start
