i have a 1991 toyota 4x4 pick up. it wont pass smog. it has a fresh rebuilt engine new injectors ive changed them out with another new set. it has a new cat and new afm. for some reason the truck runs rich acording to the smog tech

 

without posting the readings on the printout, its almost imposable for anyone to tell you where to go from here.

that being said, first place i would start would be the O2 sensors and then make sure the sold start injector isnt leaking.

 

Cold start was even disconected and then re conected it made no difference. The first o2 is brand new Idk about the second

 

Idk how high the last reading where but I know it was at a 1000 before I fix the cam timing it was a tooth off cause the timing kit didn't have marks
