As with every transmission or engine oil pan, the drain plug is on the bottom. The refill plug is on the left side between the fins. This is such a basic mechanic question, maybe you should get a Haynes manual or original owners manual and educate yourself. There are YouTube videos on the process.

The transfer and tranny drain plugs on this 99 and my 96 all have a distinctive look, are 24mm, and all look the same. Loosen the fill plug first to make sure you'll be able to refill after draining. Don't go superman on them and strip the threads.

The fill plug for the front dif is about halfway up in the front more towards the left and often so covered in dirt it's hard to find. The drain is at the bottom left. Mine needed a 10mm allen socket for fill and a 12mm allen for drain- but they come in a variety of styles.
The rear ones are easy enough to spot. Both should be 24mm hex. As always, make sure the fill comes off before the drain plug.

Sorry about the cruddy pics- you try crawling around taking pics in a mid-thigh skirt without flashing the neighbors and see what you get!
