What is this and what does it go to?

I suppose there are multiple ways of finding this out but I'm guessing this is the quickest.
What the heck is this and what does it connect to?

THANKS!!!!!

auxillary power for, put a test light on it and see if its live, if not then turn the key on and try it again. If it is powered, then start pulling fuses and that should tell you

wow.... ok....anyway. that is a small capacitor to reduce the amount of electrical interferance in the wiring. that is probably for the charging system, maybe.

In your picture right above the terminals in question is a small ceramic resistor. The ceramic resistor should have two male terminals on it that the female plugs should fit on.
That resistor is called the condenser fan resistor.
