what models have locking rear

what year(s) and trim level???

tranny...

read somewhere not available with auto...???

1996 to 2000 4runners had the option for a rear locker (auto/manual, V6,4cyl) and all TRD Tacomas have rear lockers.

as long as they are true TRDs and not stickered TRDs.

Welllll ... now there is TRD "Sport" which has a limited slip. TRD "Off Road" has the elocker.
