VSV for AS help

I have a 1992 Toyota ext. Cab. 4x4 with 22re and auto transmission.
I'm looking for a Vacuum Switching Valve for AS. The vacuum line connections on the end is broken off. Any suggestions on were to find one cheap or how to delete if possible. I believe it is there to idle the engine up when the A/C is turned on ?

Thank's,
Trapper

The AS that runs the PAIR valve is blue, The AC idle up should be grey.
The AS vsv only opens during deceleration and allows open atmosphere to be pulled into the exhaust line.

Not critical.

I have a 1992 toyota pickup 4x4 with 22re engine and I real 22re stupid so I could use some help. where the linkage hooks up to the throttlebody. the linkage rest on a vacuum cylinder with a plunger and has one vacumm line hooked to it. when I look at information the call it a dp diaphragm and someone else said its a dtf or ptf. can anyone tell me what it is really called? when I try to blow or suck any air through it it does allow any air in or out and were the vacuum line hooks to it the nipple nipple it hooks to looks like it filled with clear resin and I can not even get a fine wire to poke in it. Any suggetions as to what it is called or where I can get one? or can it be cleaned? thank's any help would be greatly appreciated.

I might try a local pick and pull yard or similar in your area.
