Vibration
#3
I (and many others) have had this exact same problem. Usually it can be attributed to bad or improperly balanced tires. The fix can be as simple as finding someone that knows how to balance the tires properly. The Toyota wheels are reputed to be lug centric and not hub centric, and reguire a special adapter to really balance them correctly. The dealers are supposed to be able to, but I wouldn't hold my breathe.
I had mine balanced several times and explored everything I could think of including the driveshaft, hangar bearing, and u-joint -only to realize it was tires. I had to replace mine though.
There are several threads on this. Do a search and you will find a bunch of info.

since I bought my truck about 8 months ago Im had a vibration and figured it was the U joints well last week took in my truck to have a few nails removed from all the tires and had them rebalanced as well
and now it does not shake at all payed 50$ for them to rotate and re balance and plug all the tires.
it was well worth it.
