very low commpression

So I have a 91 Toyota Pickup with 22re in the cylinder number 2 is dead any suggestions I just recently purchased a rebuild kit with new rings rod bearings and main. gasket set, timing chain

What do you mean dead? I assume you mean low compression based on your subject line, but you're still getting fuel and fire to the cylinder, right? Did you already do the rebuild and you're having problems or have you not done that yet?

I have not done a rebuild yet just try ing to get more info befor i tear it down. I did a compression test (dry test #1 60, #2 20, 3 140, #4 140)did it again with lil oil in spark plug hole cyl#1went to 140 #2stayed at 20 rest stayed at 140 yes plug is firing not for sure on fule
